Join us on March 2, 2013 at Town Commons, for
Kappa Delta’s annual philanthropy event benefitting
Prevent Child Abuse America. Locally, proceeds will
benefit the TEDI BEAR Advocacy Center here in Greenville.
About the Cause: Prevent Child Abuse America was
founded in 1972 and has been the leading advocate for
preventing child abuse and neglect among our nation’s
children. They have 29 state chapters and sponsor
prevention at the local and state level. Programs advocate
abuse prevention legislation and adult and youth programming
to educate and raise awareness. With help of concerned
citizens, we can help strengthen families and
communities nation wide.
Race Route: Our race is USATF certified with some hills.
The 5K starts on First Street, outside of the Town Commons
arena, and ends at the top of Reade Street.
